The weekend will be a similar schedule as in the past couple of years. Breakfast is not included in the hotel rate again this year. The hotel does have a full-service restaurant for your enjoyment. The formal banquet will remain on Friday night. Please see the Official Schedule and Registration Form..
A Registration Form must be completed by all participants and returned to this office even if you are not planning on attending the Banquet.
The Hotel will take reservations for a room until January 27, 2025 or until our block of rooms are sold out. After that time, they will not guarantee the special rate. Also, we need your Registration Form no later than February 10, 2025 to be able to firm up the numbers for the Banquet and Hospitality Room. NO BANQUET TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AFTER FEBRUARY 13, 2025.
